Steps to a thorough and effective treatment.

To ensure a thorough and effective treatment these preparation steps must be followed prior to the treatment date. If not followed, you will significantly reduce the chances of eliminating the flea problem. Not following/completing the flea preparation properly may affect results and guarantee.

Treatment Duration

Upon arrival of service technician, you and your pets will be required to leave for a minimum of 6 hours. If you are pregnant or asthmatic you should be out for min 24 hours.

Carefully Vacuum

Carefully vaccuum all floor areas; carpeted and non carpeted pet sleeping and resting areas under furniture, under/between couch cushions, cracks and crevices in floors and draperies.  Remove Vacuum bag into a plastic bag, seal and dispose of in outside garbage.

Continue to Vacuum every few days after treatment. Do not use cleaners or detergents on the floors for at least 3 weeks after treatment.

Clean Surfaces and Floors

Window sills and other areas that pets sit/rest on should also be cleaned and vacuumed. All floor surfaces, including Carpets, Hard wood floors, Laminate, Concrete, Vinyl etc.. need to also be thoroughly Vacuumed and decluttered.

Prep Your Home

Fish tanks should be covered with a towel and the home circulation system disconnected. Windows preferably open if possible during the treatment.

Treat Your Pets

Arrange to have dogs, cats and other flea-infested pets professionally treated by your local veterinary clinic at the same time the home is treated and put on a flea program.

Floors, Walls, Closets
